Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build scalable inbound and outbound sales processes from scratch. Do what you want, however you want, as long as you get many companies excited about and engaged with DoControl. Learn from a leadership team experienced with generating 8 figures in ARR.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside Chief Revenue Officer to build a new SDR team from scratch
- Build sales pipelines designed for scale and effectiveness from day 1
- Partner with Chief Executive Officer to prioritize customer needs
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and scheduling meetings with decision-makers
- Become a product expert and educate prospective customers on DoControl
- Define, report, and improve process inefficiencies KPIs
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior B2B sales experience – must
- Experience qualifying leads – must
- Experience in working with security products- advantage
- Self-starter with a track record of self-management
- Pre-call planning and time management skills
- Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (Emails, Documents, etc)
- Sales training and Salesforce CRM experience a plus (Experience with similar tools is also a plus – Salesloft, Outreach, Yesware)
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Excited to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player
